Dalton–Shaw Industries Group or simply worldwide known Shaw Company was introduced to America’s Best Large Employers 2016 list of prestigious Forbes magazine. It is not the first time this company is included in the list.
In the past year it was marked for intense focus on people and customers. This company was rewarded for respectful attitude towards its workforce. It received positive feedbacks due to permanent and non-stop taking into consideration fact of needs, interests and concerns of people who work in this company.
Shaw’s CEO and chairman noted that this recognition is a great pride for the company and all its representatives and it became a proof that they strive for creating a better and more prosperous future for and through people. He also claimed that the basis for successful future of the company lies in strengths and prospective of its associates and their abilities to develop, improve and achieve goals. More than 30 thousands of employees took part in the survey, which result is the final America’s Best Employers list of the year 2016. To carry out this survey, innovative technologies and methodologies were used, and the data were collected with the help of digital devices. This survey was of voluntary character. And all the respondents explained their opinions in a proper way to maximize reach and representation. Shaw vice president of human resources also said several words that defined the company’s role and goals. Their talent management and successful business strategy is two main components of work at Dalton–Shaw Industries Group.
