Floor Shopping Checklist

When you decide to install laminate into your house you start to look for an appropriate material. How to make a right choice and not to get screwed? Our simple tips will help you!

So you are going to visit one of your local stores, but before you go:

Consider drawing a simple outline of your room indicating:

2. Adjoining room floors – type and color

3. Sources of sunlight and other lighting

4. Subfloor – what’s underneath (sometimes you can pull up an in-floor heating duct to see).

5. Measurement -length and width, include closets.

This will help you explain your needs to the salesperson.
