One of the leaders in development of innovative floor, Solus Ceramics, has come up with a new line-up of porcelain. The new material is inspired by shagreen – one of the most sophisticated and refined materials in the nature.
Shagreen is a variation of rawhide that consists of untanned shark or mantis ray skin. The new flooring range iterates on its appearance, attempting to copy one of the most marvelous designs in the entire world.
The tile design features straight line, emphasised by quite large rounded centric cells. They kinda look like pearls.
Shagreen tiles feature various colors. The most prominent are white, grey and coffee. They will fit into virtually any space, creating a modern and realistic feel of the surroundings.
The tiles are embellished with a lappato semi-polished finish. It should provide flatter and smoother texture compared to basic porcelain wall or floor tiles.
Shagreen walls are available in two size options (300x600mm & 600x600mm). You can match them with different colors and sizes, adding a sense of uniqueness into your house aesthetics.
